Before your ISBN is assigned: Full refund, no questions. Email editor@bobcat.press.
After your ISBN is assigned: No refund. An ISBN registered to a title is a permanent record in industry databases and cannot be recovered or reused. This is the point at which the service has been delivered.
If we decline your book: Full refund. If we accept payment and then decide not to publish, you get everything back.
We’ll always tell you before we assign the ISBN, so you know exactly when the refund window closes.
